All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
After an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders where payment cannot be verified, inaccurate information is provided, or fulfilment is not possible.
- Pricing & Taxes (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP)
Product prices are displayed on the website. For customers residing within the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom, all orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
This means that all applicable import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees are calculated and included in the final price shown at checkout. You will not be required to pay any additional fees or taxes to the courier upon the delivery of your package.
- Shipping & Fulfilment
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. All items are dispatched directly from our internal fulfilment centres located in Canada.
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Tracking: Customers will receive tracking updates by email at key stages of shipment, including dispatch, transit, local distribution, and final delivery.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delivery timeframes are estimates. If a shipment experiences unexpected delays due to carrier scheduling or customs administrative procedures, we will investigate the matter promptly and provide an appropriate resolution.
For customers within Europe, the risk of loss or damage passes only when the goods are delivered into the physical possession of the customer or a person designated by the customer.
- Returns & Withdrawal Rights
Customers residing in the European Union or European Economic Area have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

Return Address: Upon contacting support, instructions and the designated return address (located in the United Kingdom or Canada, depending on your region) will be provided. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging and reasonable condition.
Return Shipping Costs: Under the 14-day right of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods to our designated regional warehouse, unless the item delivered was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items: For products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, our support team will advise if a physical return is required. Confirmed claims will receive a free replacement or a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
